Membership dues are $65 per school year, which gives you free access to more than

40 events, classes and trips. Here's how to Sign Up!

The Flake Policy

             Pay Your Flake Fee Online     or via check in the Wine Circle Mailbox:

When members flake on events they signed up for, wine and club funds are wasted, but more importantly, other members are cheated out of a spot. 

• Not able to make an event? We need 24 hours advance warning
  

  This gives us a reasonable chance of inviting people off the waitlist.

• If you cancel within 24 hours of an event, you are subject to a $10 flake fee. Until you pay the flake fee, you will be unable to sign up for and attend events. We're not being vindictive, we just want to make sure people who really want to attend, can get in.
  

Hosting

We love to have our members host events! If you have a great idea for an event, email us!

The Randomizer

When an event is oversubscribed, we will run a Randomizer (literally, the rand function in excel), to determine who gets in. If the randomizer doesn't go in your favor on one event, you will be put in the waitlist, and if you don't get in, you get priority to attend the next event.

Wine Circle is a Private Club open only to Stanford GSB students, alumni members and guests

All Club members and event participants must be 21 years of age or older
