What is the Wine Circle?

The Wine Circle is a club of students, alumni, staff, and SO's of the Stanford GSB. We hold weekly classes, tastings and other events to share our appreciation of vino, learn more about viniculture and the wine industry, and try new wines. WineCircle is a great place to meet other students, SOs, and alums.

What kind of events do you hold?

We hold a wide variety of events: classes, formal and social tastings, galas and trips. Classes often focus on individual varietals, while tastings can be hosted by a winery or explore a region or varietal. We also sponsor social tastings in members homes, events co-sponsored by other clubs, mystery tasting contests, and trips to wine country.

Who can join?

Membership is limited to students, alumni, staff and SO's of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. If you are in our community and want to join, click to the 'Join Us' page. Unfortunately, for liability reasons, we cannot extend membership beyond this community. Members may bring guests to events, so make friends with a wino!
